What is transformation?
Although the concept of transformation could be overwhelming, the truth is-- it is the most basic process in sustaining life. From the moment of conception, life unfolded through the process of transformation.
Even right now, as we breath in, we allow oxygen to enter our bodies, for it to take part in transforming energies to sustain us. And then we breath out carbon dioxide, a product of that transformation, which is subsequently transformed by plants back into oxygen.
Transformation is also the process that brings about the creation of something new. The beautiful butterfly did not come out of thin air. She was once a humble caterpillar that had the courage to go through metamorphosis inside a small, dark space.
And although she looked so different from before she took shelter in The Cocoon, her deepest essence, her soul, has always been the same. She emerged from The Cocoon, with the best version of herself. And it was all worth it.


What can I expect from the free discovery coaching session?
A journey with The Cocoon Transformational Coaching (TCTC) begins with a free discovery coaching session. This is a 40-minute zoom session where the coach and prospective client can get to know each other in a no-commitment setting.
The goal in this session is to identify potential areas in the client's experience that he or she wants to change or improve. The coach and client may go over possible directions to take in the event the client chooses to subscribe to a program.
This is a great way to determine whether there is a suitable match between coach and client.
